Quotes and payment
Every project starts with a written fixed quote. The agreed price and schedule apply unless both sides agree a change in writing.
Scope changes
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only after written approval.
Ownership of finished work
Rights in the delivered work transfer to the client once payment is complete. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Support and liability
Included support covers fixing defects in what we delivered, for the period stated in your quote. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.
